CREAMY MAPLE FUDGE 
1 tbsp. flour
2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. milk or cream
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. white syrup
1 tbsp. butter

Mix flour and sugar in saucepan. Mix in syrup and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring once in a while, to soft ball stage, 232 degrees. Remove from heat and drop butter on top. Let cool to lukewarm then beat until glossy look begins to leave. Pour quickly into buttered pan. Nuts may be added if desired. When cool cut into squares.
