TATER CRISP CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. butter 1 c. mashed potato flakes 1 tsp. salt 2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cut up (I use thighs & legs) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine potato flakes and salt in a plastic bag. Rinse chicken pieces in cold water, then shake in the plastic bag. Place chicken, skin side down in melted butter. Bake 60 minutes, turning once after 30 minutes. 4 to 6 servings. |
