2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. salted peanuts, whole
1 c. corn flakes
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. quick oatmeal

Cream brown sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat. Add eggs and beat. Stir in flour sifted with soda and baking powder. Add nuts and cereals and mix well. Drop from spoon on greased cookie sheet or roll by hand into balls. Bake in 350-375 degree oven. Makes about 4 dozen.
