CREME MAGNIFIQUE 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
Few grains salt
2 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 c. sour cream

Mix gelatin, sugar and salt in heavy saucepan. Stir in whipping cream. Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and chill until mixture begins to gel. Stir extracts with sour cream; blend with gelatin. Turn into 8 individual molds, chill until firm. Unmold onto chilled dishes and serve with thawed frozen raspberries or strawberries.
