GOOD SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
3/4 c. chopped onion
Garlic salt
3 cans Campbell's minestrone soup
1 can pork and beans in tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano

In a large pot cook beef, onion and garlic salt until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat.

Stir in canned soup, beans, 3 cups of water, the celery, Worcestershire sauce and oregano. Simmer, covered for 15-20 minutes.

Serves 8-10 people. The soup is more like a stew and is a meal in itself. It is also delicious with French bread and a tossed salad. Good the next day too!
