RAINY DAY BARBEQUED BRISKET 
5-7 lb. beef brisket
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. white or brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
1 sliced lemon
1 sliced onion
Large Brown-in-Bag
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Simmer sauce ingredients for 10 minutes. Pierce meat on all sides with a large fork. Place meat in Brown-in-Bag and add sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for 5 to 6 hours.
