BEEF CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 pkgs. Budding pressed beef
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 box of Ritz crackers

Put softened cream cheese in medium sized bowl. Chop beef into small squares. Add beef, onion and mayonnaise to soften cream cheese. Mix well, then form into a ball. Chill. Serve with crackers.
