VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can asparagus, cut and drained
1 can English peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients well except cheese. Then sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
