CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. finely grated and drained zucchini

Cream together sugars, eggs, butter and oil. Add vanilla and sour milk. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add zucchini and mix. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts.

Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is firm.
