RICE CASSEROLE (No Eggs) 
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 c. diced chicken - soymeat
3 - 4 stalks celery and 1 lg. onion braised
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushrooms with liquid

Mix well, put in bake dish and top with slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (covered) until the last 15 minutes.
