HOMEMADE NOODLES 
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. flour

Combine egg, salt and milk. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and slice 1/8 inch thick. Spread out and let dry for 2 hours. Cook 10 minutes in favorite broth.
