HOMEMADE NOODLES 
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. top milk
1 c. flour

Combine egg, salt and milk. Add flour for a very stiff dough. Roll very thin on a heavily floured surface. Cut into 1/8 inch thick strips and allow to dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling soup and cook for 10 minutes. Makes 3 cups.
