TOMATO BEEF BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained

Brown meat and onion; drain off excess fat. Add garlic salt, salt, and pepper, tomatoes and catsup to meat mixture. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes until thickened. Mix cream cheese with sour cream until smooth. Add cottage cheese, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce until blended. Pour into 3-quart casserole. Layer half of noodles, cheese mixture, remaining noodles. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
