TOMATO BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. shortening
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cooked cut green beans
1 c. cubed cooked beef
1 c. cooked noodles
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Lightly brown onion in shortening. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour in 1 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until hot or bubbly. Serves 4.
