DUTCH IMPERIAL COOKIES 
2 sticks (1 c.) butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cream together butter and sugar. Add vinegar, vanilla, flour and soda, mixing all ingredients together well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet. Do not flatten. Bake at 300 or 275 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 2 dozen.
