GREEK PASTA 
1/2 lb. spaghetti
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, peeled & chopped
1/2 c. ripe olives, halved
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Prepare spaghetti according to package direction; drain. Meanwhile in a medium skillet, heat oil; saute garlic briefly. Add remaining ingredients, simmer on low 5 minutes. Arrange spaghetti on warm platter; top with sauce. Serve immediately.
