INTOXICATING MEATBALLS 
1 lb. chopped meat
1 bottle chili sauce
12 oz. beer
1 egg
Bread crumbs (about 1/4 c.)

Pour chili sauce into pot. Clean sauce jar with beer, pour into pot. Add rest of beer. Mix meat, egg and bread crumbs. Form 1 inch meatballs. Toss into sauce. Cook in covered pot for 45 minutes, using a low flame. Stir occasionally. Let meatballs sit in sauce overnight for best flavor (in refrigerator).
