CREAM CORN (Frozen) 
Corn, cut off of cob
1 pt. half and half
1 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Fill 9x13 pan 2/3's full with corn and pour the above mixture over it. Heat until bubbly and tan around the edges at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool, package and freeze.
