CROCK POT VEGETABLE SOUP | |
4 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. carrots, pared and sliced 2 c. celery, sliced 1 lg. onion, thinly sliced 1 green pepper, sliced 1 c. water 1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, undrained 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms with liquid 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 3 tbsp. brown or white sugar 3 tbsp. Minute tapioca Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 2-3 hours. Good served over noodles. |
