BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
3 sticks butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
3 large eggs
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
4 or 5 large bananas, (slice in lemon juice to keep white)
1 large tub Cool Whip
chopped pecans
Maraschino cherries

In mixing bowl mix 2 sticks softened butter, powdered sugar, and eggs. Beat at least 15 minutes. Melt 1 stick of butter, mix with 2 cup graham cracker crumbs, spread in bottom of 13 x 9 oblong pan. Spread egg mixture on top of crumbs, then spread crushed pineapple. Place banana slices on top of pineapple. Spread cool whip on top of bananas. Place cherries on top, sprinkle with chopped nuts. Dust with finely shredded chocolate (optional). Keep refrigerated.
