LETTUCE CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head cauliflower
1/8 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, browned

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
Sm. amount of milk

Cut up lettuce and cauliflower in bite-size pieces. Add onion and bacon. (These should be in a deep salad bowl.)

Mix dressing and spread over top to completely seal top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover salad and refrigerate 6 hours or more before serving.
