4 c. mashed potatoes 1 stick butter About 1/4 c. half and half About 1/4 c. sugar About 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt Cook and mash potatoes. Measure potatoes and add rest of ingredients. Chill overnight. When ready to make lefse, measure 2 cups potatoes, add 3/4 to 1 cup flour. Make into small balls. Mix only small amount at one time. Keep in refrigerator while frying. |
