BANANA CRUSH PUNCH 
4 c. sugar
6 c. water
1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
1 (12 oz.) cans frozen lemonade
5 bananas
3 (2 liter) bottles 7 UP

In blender, combine all ingredients except 7 UP. Freeze this mixture in 3 containers. Thaw to mush (about 4 hours before serving). Add 1 bottle of 7 UP to 1 container of punch. (Watch out! This gets very foamy when you mix it.)
