BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. Imperial butter (1 stick)
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour milk
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Cream together 1/2 cup butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add 2 eggs and mix well. Add 3/4 cup sour milk and mix. Add 2 ripe bananas (sliced) and mix. Mix 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon baking powder with 2 cups flour, then add to mixture and mix well. Add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts and mix.

Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 9" x 5 1/2" x 3". Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 35 minutes.
