1 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Cream butter and sugar. Add unbeaten egg and almond flavoring. Add flour. Put into cookie press and make cookie on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
