SWEDISH BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. water
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
Extra powdered sugar to roll cookies in

Blend butter, sugar and water. Then add flour and nuts, mixing ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 1 hour. Then roll dough into balls the size of large almonds.

Place balls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten balls slightly with the end of a juice glass covered with a damp cloth. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. When cool, roll cookies in powdered sugar.
