1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 1/4 c. flour

Cream butter, sugar, add flavorings and flour. Make into two rolls. Roll in colored sugar or chopped nuts. Chill. Cut into thick slices and bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
