FINNISH PANCAKES 
3 to 4 lg. eggs
Pinch of salt
1 qt. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/8 lb. butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Beat eggs until light. Add sugar and salt. Continue to beat until sugar is dissolved. Add flour and milk alternately, beating them into the mixture. Melt butter in cake pan. Give mixture a last good beating. Pour mixture into buttered pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until brown on top. Cool a bit. Cut into squares.
