RUNZAS 
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. water
2 eggs, at room temperature
1/2 c. shortening

FILLING:

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 c. cabbage, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Measure 1 3/4 cup flour into large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt, yeast. Heat milk, water and shortening until warm. Pour into flour. Add eggs and beat at low speed 1/2 minute. Continue beating on high for 3 minutes. Stir in remaining flour. Knead for 3 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes. Roll dough very thin and cut into 6-inch squares.

FILLING: Brown beef and onions. Wilt cabbage in butter, add to beef with salt and pepper. Place about 3 tablespoons of meat mixture in center of each dough square. Bring corners of dough to the center and pinch edges together. Let rise and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Can be frozen.
