RUNZAS 
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs

Combine 1 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Heat milk, water and shortening until warm (120-130 degrees). Pour into flour mixture. Add eggs and beat with mixer at low speed 1/2 minute. Beat 3 more minutes at high speed. Stir in remaining flour. Knead 3 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest 20 minutes.

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
3 c. chopped cabbage
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
3 bouillon cubes
1 tsp. pepper

Brown meat. Cook cabbage and onion in butter and add bouillon with 1/2 cup water. Add meat and simmer. Roll dough very thin and cut into 8 squares. Place 1/8 of meat mixture in each square. Bring corners of dough together and pinch shut. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
