EASY AS PIE BEEF PIE 
1 pkg. French style frozen green beans
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. tomato paste
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. crescent rolls
3 slices American cheese

Cook beans in water according to directions. Drain. In skillet saute onions and green pepper in butter until tender. Add ground chuck and brown. Stir in seasoned salt, pepper, milk and tomato paste. Blend well. Stir in mushrooms and beans. Remove from heat.

Unroll crescent dough. Pat to close seams. Place to fix a 9 inch pie pan. Trim edge sand flute. Spoon in meat mixture and top with sliced cheese, cut in angles. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
