HAMBURGER PIE 
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. Crisco
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can green beans (drained) OR 2 c. fresh or frozen
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 can tomato soup

Using first 4 ingredients prepare onion pastry; cut flour into Crisco. Combine water and onion salt. Mix to form pastry and divide for top and bottom crust.

Pie Filling: Brown hamburger and onion in Crisco; add remaining ingredients. Mix well and heat thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Top with crust. Cut slits in top crust to vent.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
