UNCOOKED LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
24 oz. V-8 juice
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 pkgs. spaghetti sauce mix
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat. Stir in V-8 juice, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes. Cover bottom of 13"x9"x2" casserole with tin layer of meat sauce, then uncooked noodles, layer of cottage cheese, then layer of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat, ending with meat sauce on top. Cover tightly with foil, set on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
