4 lettuce heads, cleaned & broken up
1 bunch celery, diced
6 carrots, shredded
1 lg. bag frozen peas, thawed
2 green peppers, diced
2 qts. mayonnaise, spread over top & sprinkle with 1 tbsp. sugar

Top with 2 cups shredded cheese on each pan and 8 slices bacon (fried crisp) on each pan. Chill overnight. Makes 2 (20"x10") pans.
