1 c. Fiber One cereal, crushed if desired 1 c. milk 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 egg 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 6 pkgs. Sweet & Low 3 tbsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. raisins Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pans. Mix cereal and milk; let stand 5 minutes. Beat in oil and egg. Mix remaining ingredients in milk and oil. Divide into 12 muffin cups. Bake 20 or 25 minutes. |
