DIABETIC MEATLOAF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. skim milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated or chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. rosemary (optional)

Combine and shape ingredients into loaf. Place in a lightly greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serves 6.
