12 oz pkg butterscotch chips
12 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 c peanut butter
1/2 c butter
vanilla

Melt till smooth and remove from heat. Cool and then add 2 1/2 c miniature marshmallows and nuts. Cool and cut into squares.
