SCALLOPED ASPARAGUS 
2 c. asparagus, drained
5 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. diced sharp cheese
5 hard cooked eggs, quartered
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
4 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper

Make sauce of milk, flour, and butter. Cook over low heat until thick. Add seasonings and 1/2 cup cheese. Combine sauce, asparagus, and eggs in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with crumbs and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 minutes or until heated through. Don't overheat.
