1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter
Lg. tub Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
Gummy worms

Crumble cookies in blender. Blend butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, pudding mix and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer cookies and cream cheese mixture in large sand pail (serve with shovel) or childs plastic wheelbarrow (serve with trowel) or large flower pot (add silk flowers). Should make 3-6 layers. Poke gummy works halfway in.
