8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
12-16 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
Gummi worms

In small bowl mix together cream cheese and butter. Set aside. In another bowl mix together puddings and milk. Combine above mixtures and fold in Cool Whip.

Crush Oreo cookies. Layer in ice cream pail as follows:

1/3 cookie crumbs

1/2 pudding mix

1/2 gummi worms

1/3 cookie crumbs

Rest of pudding mix

Rest of gummi worms and crumbs, allowing some "worms" to peek through the "dirt".
