LORNA DOONE DELIGHT | |
1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies 1 stick butter 1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 qt. butter pecan ice cream 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 pkg. Heath Brickle Crush cookies. Add butter and mix well. Spread in 9x15 dish or pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix pudding (uncooked) with ice cream. Pour evenly over crust. Add a layer of Cool Whip. Sprinkle Brickle on top. Freeze. Keeps well. Can refreeze leftovers. |
