LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. liquid from clams (will get 1 c. from 2 cans)
1 tbsp. parsley
Scant 1/2 tsp. thyme
2 cans minced clams
Salt and pepper

Cook minced garlic in butter 1 minute. Add flour and whisk in clam liquid. Add parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Add clams and heat. Cook linguine according to package directions; drain. Serve clam sauce over linguine. Serves 2.
