BARBECUE SALMON | |
Season with garlic, celery salt, and lemon and pepper. Spread with mayonnaise about 1/4 inch thick. Season again. Cover with sliced lemon and sliced onions. Place on foil. Barbecue until just starting to flake. Scrape off mayonnaise and punch holes in foil to make smoked flavored. Finish cooking. |
