BARBECUE SHRIMP 
1/2 c. bourbon whiskey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1-2 tsp. seafood seasoning
4 lb. unpeeled fresh shrimp

Combine all marinade ingredients; mix thoroughly. Add unpeeled shrimp and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours. Place large piece of foil on grill, turning up edges to prevent juices from running off. Remove shrimp from marinade and place on foil. Barbecue 3-5 minutes, or until done. Serve on newspapers.
