HOT BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. dried beef, finely cut
2 tbsp. instant onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Serve with assorted crackers.
