SALMON SALAD 
1 tall can pink salmon
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 c. sliced crisp celery]
1/2 to 2/3 c. Miracle Whip
Dash black pepper

Drain salmon; remove bones and flake. Mix with remaining ingredients. Chill and serve on lettuce leaves.
