BEEF CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. stew beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) 1 can cream of chicken or celery soup (undiluted) Place beef in casserole; cover with undiluted soup. Cover and bake for 3 hours in 300°F oven. Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. This was one of Grandma Jollief's recipes. |
