EDNA'S BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. cut up beef for stew
About 8 potatoes
2 cans carrots
2 cans peas
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of potato soup (optional)
2 env. Lipton Onion Soup

Put beef in bottom of roaster pan, uncooked. Peel and cut potatoes and put on top of beef. Put carrots and peas on top of the potatoes and then pour soup, one by one, on top of the beef and potatoes. Do not stir or mix them together.

Last, sprinkle the dry onion soup on top. Cover the roaster pan and cook at low heat (300 degrees) for about 5 hours. This is a good stew to make on Sunday morning and let it cook all during Sunday School and Church.
