1 can (lg.) refried beans, mixed with 1/2 pkg. dry taco mix
1 avocado mashed with a few drops lemon juice, mash well spread over beans
1 lg. sour cream, spread over layers
1 jar black olives, sprinkle over sour cream layer
Chopped fine lettuce, sprinkle on top
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. sharp cheese
1 lg. tomato, chopped
Optional - jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
