CREAM OF VEGETABLE SOUP | |
1 c. thin sliced celery 1 c. diced onions 1 c. thin sliced carrots 2 1/2 c. peeled & cubed potatoes 4 c. water 1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli & cauliflower mixture 1/2 c. water 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes Cook first 5 ingredients until tender. Add broccoli and cauliflower, 1/2 more cup of water. Cook 3-5 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and Velveeta cheese. Cook at low heat until cheese is melted. |
